For over 50 years, we at Metalúrgica Manzato have been committed to ethics and excellence. We are pioneers in the manufacture of self-drilling screws. We are located in Caxias do Sul – RS, Brazil.

Our efforts have always been focused on the quality of our products, being one of the first companies in the region to achieve ISO 9001 certification.

We develop innovative solutions such as Aluseal Super coating, Inoxcap screws, Duometal fasteners and special parts produced according to our customers’ specifications.

We rely on continuous investment in the acquisition of new equipment for our industrial park, such as new transfer machines for the production of special parts, a continuous, fully computerized thermal treatment line and presses from two to seven stages for the production of increasingly sophisticated products.

We are committed to the environment and processes aimed at sustainability. We replace the electroplating process in our products with organometallic coatings. We, at Metalúrgica Manzato, restrict the use of hazardous substances in our products, thus complying with the RoHS Directive. We also invest in modern ECODE equipment and filters for recycling oils and cleaning residues, thus making liquid effluents one hundred percent reusable.
